Financial desperation!

In today’s era there is no reason to be sitting on the side of the road lost and stranded because of your finances. You have the answer inside of you. If your willing to fight your way through this hard time, you can come out on the winning side.

If it were easy everyone would win. Effort and results are not interchangeable. YOU have to believe that financial security is attainable. I’m not talking mad riches. I’m talking about control. Control of your LIFE. Control of your DESTINY. Control of your TIME. CONTROL!

Why are you living a life of  war on financial desperation? Depending on a spouse, a boss, a parent, a friend for your livelihood? Are you sick and tired of the struggle? No Gimmick, no Tricks, no Schemes, just plain old rolling up your sleeves and getting it done. Easy is not an option.

I discovered that who and what you become during the process of changing your life is the SECRET OF SUCCESS! Stop looking for the easy way out. There is no easy. There is focus, commitment, consistency, discipline, effort, and results. I’m talking about creating a perfect financial you, reborn from the fire, never to be shackled ever by any means necessary.

No one is going to give it to you! You can waste your money buying lottery tickets with the other 100 million fools or you can forge a plan that answers the question “What do I WANT”? You can’t stay where you are and get where you want to go.

You have to be deliberate about everything you do to get where your going!

You Deserve Ownership!

You Deserve Freedom!

You Deserve Time!

You Deserve the best!

This is your time to accomplish something you never accomplished before. If your wiling to do the work, you can control your finances.

I have no sympathy for those who squander their gifts and opportunities. I’m taking my talents and helping the few that can commit to excellence.

Excellence is the “quality of being outstanding or extremely good”.

It begins with a CONSCIOUS DECISION to CHANGE.

How Long it Really Takes to Build a New Habit?

Phillippa Lally is a health psychology researcher at University College London. In a study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology 2009, Lally and her research team decided to figure out just how long it actually takes to form a habit.

The study examined the habits of 96 people over a 12-week period. Each person chose one new habit for the 12 weeks and reported each day on whether or not they did the behavior and how automatic the behavior felt.

Some people chose simple habits like “drinking a bottle of water with lunch.” Others chose more difficult tasks like “running for 15 minutes before dinner.” At the end of the 12 weeks, the researchers analyzed the data to determine how long it took each person to go from starting a new behavior to automatically doing it.

The answer?

On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And how long it takes a new habit to form can vary widely depending on the behavior, the person, and the circumstances. In Lally’s study, it took anywhere from 18 days to 254 days for people to form a new habit. [1] -JAMES CLEAR
